Social Pedagogy traditions and practices across europe
We led an international project to develop a Massive Open Online Course in social pedagogy, bringing together eight organisations from six countries, all of which have different traditions of social pedagogy, including different practice fields. Each team produced their own session introducing social pedagogy as it is understood and practised in their respective country: the UK, Germany, Denmark, Czechia, Spain and Belgium.
The project was co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. The course is available on Coursera, the largest educational platform. Please visit Coursera for current access and pricing information, as these are set by Coursera and subject to change.
